Whats the best way to stay calm?!


Question: Whats the best way to stay calm!?
lately i've under alot of stress and just seem to snap at everything and everyone!. unfortunately i won't be able to get out of this stressful situation for another 2 months
so i was wondering whether anyone had some tips that i could use to stay calm!?

Hi hope this finds you feeling more calm as you read this!.!.!.
In these times!.!.!.there are many things that are aggravating to our nervous system!. From the time we wake up until we go to sleep we hear noises!. So in order to calm the world around us we need to close off as many of these sounds as possible!.

When was the last time you were in a space and it was totally quiet!? Even the sound of a wristwatch, water dripping from the leaking faucet, over head fans going, the refrigerator kicks in and all the sounds we hear every day and night we are awake!.!.!.!.!.

Try and make a place where you can hear nothing but your heartbeat if possible!. Put something over your eyes like a warm cloth!.!.!.!.and just be quiet!.!.!.!.if you try this one thing it might help lessen the feelings you have right now and you can go from there to discover what has been adding to your stressful life!.

All I can say is join the club there are many of us who share your feelings!. It just takes time and experimenting!.

Don't forget your spiritual life, we sometimes get so busy that we forget the higher power is always there to listen to our inner thoughts and always ready to help us!.

Exercise!. Everytime you feel the need to snap , crank out some pushups or situps , because clinical studies show that exercise reduces stress improving quality of life!. Also take deep breaths on ten counts, while thinking of a beach, hearing and seeing the waves crashing, the sand beneath your feet and the sun glowing down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I heard in the radio today best way to deal with stress and be calm is to breath slowly during the day! Really! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listen to your favourite music and occupy yourself doing it, like counting the beats, trying to make out or memorise lyrics, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try meditation and/or yoga!. Calming music thru the house (or bedroom, whatever), light some candles and just sit back with a favorite magazine or book!. Or take a long, hot bath with candles, scents, etc!. That's what I do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
