Question: How can i treat the negative thoughts!?

it's generally a job for a psychologist!. But if you want to treat it on your own I think the basic idea is to identify the thought processes that lead to negative thoughts and from there you can catch yourself doing it and kinda!.!. stop yourself

Catch yourself in the act of thinking negatively, pay attention to your thoughts and when you think negatively replace the negative thoughts with positive ones, or counter act your negative thoughts with positive thoughts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This question is very non-specific, but if you think they need treatment then my guess is they are not normal in either content, recurrence or intensity!. Do they cause anxiety!? If this is the case then you might be affected by an anxiety disorder, such as generalized anxiety disorder (if they are about your day-to-day problems) or obsessive-compulsive disorder (if they are intrusive thoughts about things that seem ridiculous or exaggerated)!. Other disorders can cause other types of negative thoughts!. You should visit a psychiatrist if they are causing distress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
