Question: Help!.!.!. scared and having a medication abortion!?
I am scared to death and looking for some words to ease me!. There are many people that are going to bash me, but that's okay too!. Everyone is entitled to their opinion!.
I was beaten and raped by my boyfriend!. I left!. I am going to counseling and feeling better!. I found out I'm pregnant!. I don't want kids, escpecially not his kid!. I have a Thursday appointment for a medication abortion!. There is no swaying my decision or telling me I'm a peice of -hit!. We didn't use protection because he was drunk and violent and more concerned about hurting me!. So, I am scared to death, filled with panic, and wish Thursday was here already!. By the way, I am a now single 37 year old woman!. I have been Pro Choice my entire life!. Any words of support!? Or perhaps someone knows a site I can find support!? Everything I find is disguised and really anti Pro-Choice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's totally normal to be freaking out about something as major as an abortion!. Just always remember that you are a grown woman and the choices you make about your body and yours and yours ALONE! There will always be people who will nay-say these kind of things, but we're lucky enough to live in a part of the world where we can make these decisions for ourselves!. There's no shame in having an abortion if your not ready to raise a child!.!.!.in MY opinion (and god knows not everyone will agree) it isn't fair to bring a child into the world that you can't properly raise/take care of!. So walk in there thursday with your head held high, knowing that your doing the right thing for YOU!.

Just an update after reading the other posts: clearly, many of the people who use this site are not mature enough to answer this kind of a question!. You should look into talking to your doctor or therapist to make sure your mental health is okay too!. It's their job to help people! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check with your community!. There may be some support groups available such as domestic violence and rape survivors!. If you have a local department of human services then they may have great resources for you to use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm not going to say that i hate you or anything but i think that you really should think long and hard about what your doing!. i think that you should have this kid!. give it a chance to live!. there are people that want kids that cant have them you could consider an adoption agency or something!. please think about this!. consider it!. it really makes me upset when people talk about killing an unborn child because it really hits home!. the doctors told my mother to have an abortion when she was pregnant with my little brother (who is now 11) they told her that she wouldn't get the "perfect" little boy!. we didn't know what was going to happen if he would live or die before he was due!. his little brain was squished against the inside of his head until it was only 7 millimeters thick!. The 5 doctors told my mom that he wouldn't walk, talk, eat, breathe - do anything on his own, but they were sooooooo wrong!. he is a great little brother!. he is currently sitting at the table writing his spelling words and asking our other brother if he is eating pizza!. His name is Isaiah Immanuel he is a miracle child!. he is in the third grade and loves veggie tales!. he has a few veggie tales movies memorized!. lol i love him to death!. so please just think about this before you do it!. even if you don't want the child or whatever there is someone out there that would love him/her for whatever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
