Question: Im really stressed out!!?
omg im so stressed out!. me and 1 of my rly close friends barely talk and its rly bothering me!. i have soo much school work!.!. my parents r always so mean to me!.!. they never bought me a birthday present which they promised they would and my bday was 4 months ago and im getting really stressed and i think im going to do something to myself soon if i dont stop being stressed! i just wanna be happy again!. what do i do!?

about your friend: figure out what is going on between you to!. Or calmly and rationally ask him/her if anything is wrong and if you did anything your sorry!.!. work this out with your friend i'm sure they'll understand!. why does it bother you so much!. have you ever had a fight before!? have you ever gotten into an argument if it's something silly you really need to work it out

homework: break your homework up and if you need help call up the same that you are not talking to and ask for his/her help or use yahoo answers:) or the internet or ask help from your parents

parents: i know it must be tough by not getting you a b-day present but i think you shouldn't cracl just yet keep asking them everyday whenever you get the chance and ask them what did you get me for my b-day

Relax, girl!. It's all okay!. Call your friend and tell her how you're feeling!. Get accordian folders to put all your school work in!. Set aside an hour everyday to just lie down and be totally at peace with the world!. Calmly tell your parents how you feel about the birthdsay thing!. Ask them if they could just give you money instead of a present to make it easiar!. If you are considering suicide AT ALL go to your parents, a teacher, a counselor, or someone who you trust and tell them!. Hurting yourself only makes it worse!. Please take this advice and use it!.
