Why am I less efficient nowadays?!


Question: Why am I less efficient nowadays!?
More recently, i note the following changes in me:

* Nowadays, i am losing my depression - a good change - but i am becoming more and more fearful
* I become angry very often [and feel like hitting everyone]
* Things happening around me have more degrading impact on the work i do, like never before [my concenteration is becoming poorer and poorer]
* Though i aim to achieve more, i feel less efficient than before!.

I now place this question before the Y!A community!. Hoping for a good and SERIOUS answer!.

The first thing I would look at in a 19 year old construction worker is diet!. Are you eating properly, taking in decent vitamins and lots of protein!? Now then, are you sleeping!? Do you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep on work nights!? If not that will severely affect your concentration and abilities!.

Start this program and see if it helps---8 hours of sleep on work nights!. No alcohol or substances on work nights and limited on the weekends!. Lots of fruit and veggies in your diet---stay away from the construction worker stand by of fast food, it robs you of energy and is horrible for you to boot!.

If after two weeks of this you don't see an improvement, talk to psychologist/doctor!. You might be suffering from adult ADHD or low blood sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I kind of know what you mean!? How long were you depressed for!? I have had depression for a very long time!. And as the depression starts to ease up I get the other problems you are talking about!. My therapist said because I am starting to learn to live in a new way!. I am learning to live life without the depression consuming everything I do!. And it is scary because its new and its something that I am not used to!. But she said as time goes by it will change and this new way of life will become more comfortable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to be able to focus on the present moment and only the present moment!. If you are letting other thoughts creep into your head then you are not focusing!. Try meditating and exercise to help!.

at the age of 19, why are you so depressed!? anyways, its life after all, maybe you have seen a tough life!.!.!.
i guess you have some internal insecurity, and at the back of your mind, you are worried for that, things that happen around you are showing negativity for you, which means that you are also becoming a pessimist day by day!.!.!.
never mind, you are a human!.!.!.!.!.

i would suggest you to take life as it comes, start setting goals in these areas of life!.!.!.:
1!. studies
2!. family and friends
3 god/meditation
4!. health
5!. mental peace/happiness

dont get confused in 3rd and 5th point!.!.!.
3rd point means to meditate or think abt god, whereas 5th point means that you must do small things for yourself as well, like if you like to eat chocolate or a mc donald's burger!.!.!.go and have it!.!.!.this is to satisfy your inner self!.!.!.!.but dont go in for buying things like mobile, or something expensive!.!.!.something very small!.!.!.

for the above 5 points, try to make a balance between all of them!.!.!.no aspect shud be left!.!.!.do something everyday for each of the point!.!.!.
