How can i make myself happy when i always feel low?!

Question: How can i make myself happy when i always feel low!?
Answers:
That is a really hard thing to do, because sometimes it seems like nothing can help you when you feel soooo down!.
Try to think of positive things, and do things you enjoy!. Take a day for yourself where you buy something, doesnt have to be expensive or anything, but something that means a lot to you!. Treat yourself!. Write down things you like about yourself!. And read them everytime you feel down!. Also it could be certain tihngs that happened in your life right now, or in the past that is making you feel this way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

By doing positive things with your mind!. This usually starts with some kind of activity, such as maybe helping someone else do something, volunteer some where, go see an elderly person that is lonely; go for a walk, and get outside in the fresh air; love a pet, if not your's, someones that needs someone to walk them, or spend time with someone, like a cat that is only an indoor pet, go to the humane society and volunteer your time taking care of the pets etc!. Getting your mind off of yourself, and doing something "outside of yourself" sometimes helps us to move on!. IF you really can't feel happy after putting forth an effort, then see your doctor and tell him you are depressed, and would like some help!. But the pills won't zap the unhappiness away, but it will help you to start feeling better after trying some of the above mentioned suggestions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

please try this

Mediation technique

We experience life through our mind!.
Experiences are what they are, but the mind often puts a new spin on them, making them seem worse at times!.
This produces the pain we feel inside, and when it builds up enough we either hurt others or ourselves!.
Not because we are bad or evil, but we aren't sure how to deal with the agony inside!.
The longer it stays, the more dead/dull we feel inside!.

Meditation is all about controlling you mind rather than being controlled by it!.
It is difficult to directly approach the mind and tame it, so we start by approaching the nearest manifestation of it- breath!.
It can be seen that when we have tremendous concentration we are not breathing as regularly, and when upset breath shallow and rapid!.

How to do this!.
Begin by becoming aware of your breath!.
With each inhalation pay attention to the air entering you right nostril(air will enter both, but focus on the column of air in the right side)
Exhale and pay attention to the column leaving your left nostril!.
Inhale and pay attention to air entering the left nostril
Exhale and pay attention to air exiting the right nostril!.
Then breath deep and feel the air in both sides rise up to the tip of your nose(like an inverted V ),
and push it all out(feeling both sides)!.
This is one cycle, you can do up to 100 in a day!.

It is a simple game to keep the mind busy(if you loose track on count restart), and off the things it can't change with worry(realistically everything)!.
As you get better at this you'll be able to identify a space between your thoughts!. As that awareness deepens you'll feel a peace when it arises!. And soon you should be able to identify yourself as that peace rather than your mind!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok!.bin there and this is what i found helped!. First and most important is to try and understand why you are unhappy!.trite but true!.Children arent born sad so something along the way may have caused this !.of course it could be a chemical imbalnce that may need medical help!. If you can recognise a trigger then you are half way there to fixing it!.Then(this is the bit that still helps me) you imagine yourself as a child!.You wouldnt be nasty to a child so dont do it to yourself!. Be gentle Talk to your child, encourage it to risk doing something scarey like going out socially, taking up an interests!.Happiness,I have found, isnt a sudden thing!.It builds up the more you face personal fears, take on a challenge, spend time with other people who can help you feel happy by enjoying your company!. talk to your child every morning(it works!) and be encouraging!.do one thing every day that you feel too sad to do ie ring a friend, meet a friend, go shopping!. Exercise releases endo morfins(natural painkillers) so actually can help you feel better!. most of all dont forget to congratulate your child for all achievements!.keep a diary and try to record every day 3 things that youenjoyed!.!.!.from seeing a beautiful flower to a game of tennis!.!.!.it will remind you later how far you have come!.I know cos it worked for me!.!.
good luck
and dont forget to be kind to your child!.
If you notice a pattern in your sadness ie every month, every few months, or every winter then seek medical advise!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
