Answers:
Write down what you want to tell your doctor!.
What are your symptoms!?
What situations are difficult for you!?
In what ways is your life being affected by the way you are feeling!? Do you avoid things you used to do!?
How is your problem affecting your everyday activities!?
I hope this will help!. Best Wishes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell him that you have trouble communicating what you need to say!. He'll probably suggest that you try to write down your thoughts instead!. Writing allows you to really think about what you want to say so that you don't feel like you don't know where to start and your thoughts don't just seem like one big confusing mess!. And if he doesn't suggest this, which I doubt, you should propose the idea yourself!. Writing always helps me express myself because I have the same problem you do!. I'm not able to explain how I feel sometimes but I can write it down because I get a chance to calm down and think!.

Sometimes it's also suggested that when you write, you don't lift your pencil off of the paper!. Just keep writing!. Without stopping, you might be surprised at what you need to get out that you didn't realize was on your mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well im a mental pat!. myself i have been for many years the advice im giving you is to write everything down you do it in a letter or list form for me it is easier to do it in a letter so you can explain things as you go oh make it detailed so you want need to explain this works great when you freeze up and forget thingsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I take my mr in with me!. Do you have someone you trust to go with you!?
You do realize these people are not going to solve all your problems, right!?

A great question to ask these people when drugs come up is "will they cure me", remember this one!. The answer is always no, they will help you though!.!.!.!.!.
Good luck and read up on calming techniques and see which ones help you!. If nothing works you might want to try another doctor!. Been through a couple myself!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if you are able to formulate that you have an issue by writing this down now, why not just take some time and write out in detail the problem(s) that you may have!. I can tell you, I'm much better at explaining my self when I write than when I talk!. Thank god you didn't ask me this in person! Anyway, I hope this helps!!

Best of Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

As lame as this sounds, when you realize you have a problem with something, some one, yourself, etc!. write it down!. Then when you got to the pshych you just take you your little note book and start ryming off yer problems!. Volia, problem solved!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to find it helpful if I wrote everything down, exactly how I was feeling, in a letter, then Id seal the letter and give it to my counsellor, try it to see if its easier to talk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Write out what you want to say a day or two before your visit!. Also, tell the psychiatrist what you wrote here!. He is there to help you through just this kind of thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put notes on a memo pad with things you wish to discuss!. If you suddenly become silent, he can use your notes as a starting point for discussion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Journal about some of these issues, and then bring the journal in for your doctor to read!.

Best of luck,
