Question: Changed diet, started doing exercise, stressed by the U=moodyness!? can it be!?
Im underweight or just in the limit, i have a BMI of 19, minimum is 18, so my nutritionist sent me a high protein, high carb, high fatty acid diet, and also sent me to the gym, ive been doing weight training, all of this for about a month!.
Now i'm the middle of my Costa Rican semester, and i'm really having a short fuse, I've been extremely moody and I have a bad temper!.!.!.Is it normal!?!?!?(this since a week ago)Www@Answer-Health@Com
