Do i feel sick because of my brain or my stomach?!
Question: Do i feel sick because of my brain or my stomach!?
I get very motion sick in car traffic and occasionally on long car rides!. I feel very woozy, light-headed, and VERY VERY nauseous!. I feel like i am always on the verge of throwing up, but i never actually throw up!. I haven't felt motion sick before until this year!. Does anyone know why!? Could it be lack of water, my hormones (i'm 16 years old), or something else!?
Also, since I get motion sick a lot, I'm scared to go on long car rides or sometimes even short car rides!. Before i even get into a car, i feel a little nauseous because of my fear!. Is it possible that i feel motion sick because i think about it too much and i fear it!? Please help =(Www@Answer-Health@Com
