All I can suggest is to think about the things that throw you into these depressed moods!. These things are called triggers!. Knowing why you feel the way you feel is often the easiest way to overcome or at least limp through a situation!. Some people don't even have particular situations that trigger depression, it just happens randomly!. Even knowing that that is the case is enough most times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you must be geat fun to hang around with, why dont you stop wasting your time with doctors and see a psychologist, or failing that go talk with some your mates!. either that or you can sit at your computer carping about how much you hate everyone!.

Hi,
You are depressed, you are ill and hurting!
You have low self esteem!.
You will be sick if you keep taking too many tablets like that-of course you will vomit!
Please talk to someone soon!
If I was with you I would give you a big hug and tell you that, with help, you will get better!

Exercise more! It will relieve frustration and also help to produce more endorphins which elevate your mood!. Try yoga, and don't forget sex!

Drink lots of water and try some 5HTP, St Johns Wort, Amino Acid's balance is also key one called L-Tyrosine helps mood!. But NOT phenylalanine avoid this amino acid if you are depressed!. B vitamins and chromium picolate help you to deal with stress or nervous issues!. Essential Fatty acids are also key!.

Supplements are good but, you need a nutritionist!. Changing your diet can definitely help!. You can get some of these supplements naturally through your food!. There are foods that you may need to avoid and others that will help your hormonal and mood balance!. Raw fruits and veggies , soy and low carbs are a start!. Try to avoid lots of wheat products!.

Smile and start feeling better now, drink a big glass of water take a warm bath, some deep breaths, through your nose release slowly through your mouth, get a massage and then work on having an O_ _ _ _m!Www@Answer-Health@Com
