What's the remedy for perfectionism and how does one confront mistakes posit!
Question: What's the remedy for perfectionism and how does one confront mistakes positively!?
Answers:
I always look at mistakes as something new I am learning---I did it wrong, so now I am going to learn how to do it right!.
To be perfect is virtually impossible---but I realized that I can always try to do things better then I did before!.!.!.!.!.so that is probably the closest you can get to it!.
If you are looking to change things for the better, start with small and simple things(that's what I did, I used to be a slob)!. I started to keep things organized instead of having them lay around in clutters---and even if I relapsed, I went right back to doing so--organize my cds, organize my software, organize my kitchen!.!.!.!.!.after a while this becomes a habit--and it does make life easier---you can go the same way about your life---doing things in steps and by priorities!. Just take an example: we need to eat---but we can only eat if we have a roof over our head and a stove to cook the food on---so number one priority to me is paying the rent and utilities--then comes the food, then comes the other stuff---and the last thing is goodies and fun----that's how we organize our life---and we can transfer that to all things we can do!. It is not easy to stick to it if you have a habit of doing things otherwise, but it can be done---all you have to do is constantly remind you to organize things---if nothing else, you can make you a list with the things you want to reorganize!. I used to do that too!.!.!.!.and I created a list of location of things for stuff I rarely use--such as wintertime houseslippes, external heaters, kitchenware which I use maybe around christmas!.!.!.and so forth!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
