I think i live this life!. I will just say for me i made list of things i needed to do and put a schedule a time to do something!. That helped!. But what really helped and my friends still laugh at me about this is I schedule time to relax!. So at work, i would take my 5 minutes and walk outside or get a soda or hum a song!. Sometimes I would even go in the bathroom stall and cry!. It sounds weird but it helped easy my anxiety and stress level!. Hope it helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
