Well, the first thing you have to ask yourself is: " Is this the way I want to live the rest of my life like!?" Do I want to do this for the next 10, 20 years or more!? What do I gain!? is it beneficial to me!? What do I loose!?: Time!? Money!? self respect!? morals!? family!? Loved ones!? Can I be an example to society!? to my family, kids, friends, neighboors!? Do I want to live a healthy life!? Set an example, help others, and make a difference!? Or do I want to remain the same and have a rough, painful and depressing life time!?

You could try meditating!. Doing anything on a regular schedule (i!.e!., "no matter what" you do this thing, same time every day), is a good way to increase discipline/will power!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
