Feeling lost?!


Question: Feeling lost!?
I have been feeling really bad in myself with depression and severe anxiety!. It has made me feel very spaced out and forget the person I am and how 2 get on as I used 2!. I feel as if someonething has taken over my body and really am scared that something bad might happen 2 me!. like dieing! Any advice would be gratfull!. I have been on antidepressents 4 a month now seem 2 be working slightly!., Sorry about the spelling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to change your focus!.

Things do go wrong!. The more you give your attention to it, the worst you will feel!.

You have control over what you want to experience!. If happiness is what you seek to achieve, then you have to think and do everything that you can to move towards it!. It could mean doing something that you don't normally do!.

You must keep reminding yourself that your mind holds great power!. If you deliberately command and direct it, the mind will follow your orders!.

Let go off your concerns!.

Tell yourself that you are releasing them to the universe!. Have faith that you will get some answers!.

Talk to someone and listen!.

Avoid anyone who is equally feeling lost as you are!. Seek someone who is involved with life!.

Pay attention and listen with an open heart and mind!. Sometimes a casual remark can change how you have perceived things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say you may need to consult your doctor as your anti depressants may not be working for you!. At first when you start taking anti depressants they can make you feel spaced out and a bit emotionless (they did me!)!. So it may be that you are just getting used to the drugs in your system!.

I would try and do some exercise and maybe some yoga if you can then you may calm down!. Try and adopt some of the other techniques your doctor would have talked to you about to help calm yourself down!. If it continues you may need to change your pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may need to find the strength to pull yourself out of it!.

Try taking some time off!. Experience some of the finer and simpler things in life, the smell of a flower, the touch of sand!. Put things into perspective!.

Hobbies are a good one!. You can fill your time with things you enjoy!.

I feel like that too most of time i'm going to see a councellor on monday (AGAIN) and hopefully get my anitdepressants again
So my avice to you would be do talk to someone whether it be a friend relative or a professional they really can help you work out why you feel the way you do and how to work through them bib by bit
