Question: I Need Help, i am desperate (literally growing gray hairs)!?
i am 13 going on 14 in a few months!. I sit in free period and hear my friends talking about masturbation and i can't!. i have read numerous books and all have said 13 years old is the deadline for that!. that is not my only concern my grades are slipping so i did not get in the school i wanted to get in to so i am so upset i don't talk to friends or family, i have let my self go( i grew fat) and know i feel like just isolating myself in a corner for the rest of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to talk to a trusted adult!. Isolation can make you very depressed!. Masturbation is like apersonal decision and you don't have to talk about it!. It really doesn't matter !. Don't worry about it!. You'll be fine!. But do find someone you can talk to as soon as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
