What can be done to make Depression more "real" or more "tangible!


Question: What can be done to make Depression more "real" or more "tangible" per se!.!.!.!. !?!?
W/!. ALL other aliments, disabilities, diseases, etc!. they are Clearly defined/diagnosible by a test, blood work, x-ray, MRI etc!. U get the point, but when I have depression everyone sits & questions its realness or legimitacy ( including myself) because people will say "we all hurt, we all get sad, we all stress!." etc etc!. U know, the usual song & dance!.!.!. so what can be done to take out the guess work or the 2nd guessing & make Depression a more legitamitly respected ailment!.!.!?!? I honestly know how you feel!.I have severe depression,and I sometimes just wish that I would not wake up!.I know that people do not really believe that we who suffer from depression are REALLY suffering,but we are,and the pain is as bad as any physical illness!.Just because it might not show,doesn't mean it isn't there!.And it makes it worse when your family or friends don't believe you and even abandon you!.They think that "tough love" will snap you out of it,but they are so,so wrong!.It's when we are at our lowest that we really need our family and friends,but they don't seem to understand!. So I don't know what to tell you,except that I wish people would take it more seriously as well,and I wish you the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you go to therapy or take Medication!? change your diet, including sugar I have try it and it works because sugar is like alcohol it gives you a higt and the you go down and is when you get more depress if you want you can ask me more specific questionsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Please believe me when I say I feel really bad for you!. Depression is very real!. But, it CAN BE OVERCOME without the need for any prescription DRUGS!!!

Diet is the root cause for your depression!. Did you know Vitamin C is a NATURAL anti-depressant!? Also, there are plenty of books available and legitimate studies on line that directly link fast food to depression (or also poor mental health)!. Any type of soda, even diet soda, is also directly linked to mental health, along with Parkinson's and Alzheimers!.

Try getting the junk out of our diet, including anything with hydrogenated oil, soy, canola, white flour (even tortillas), white sugar!. Also, if you use salt, try using pink sea salt!. It is actually good for you and you can't use too much!!!

The list is very long on ways you can improve your diet, and there's not enough room here to write it all in!. Also, it goes without saying, because most people know this fact today, that exercise, no matter how small (even a 15-minute walk), greatly improves your overall well-being!.
