Question: "Sleepwalking" or something else!?
Last night my wife said that I walked out of the bedroom kicked her leg and then stepped on it!. I just do not recall ever doing such a thing!. I only remember eating a few cookies in the kitchen and making sure my wife was alright as she fell asleep while watchin t!.v!. A part of me thinks that she is full of it however I have been 3 days without taking my medication for heart rate control!. Any suggestions!? I haven't slept walk since I was like 3 or 5!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a son who sleep walks!.
After he got older I can look at him and usually tell if he is sleeping!.
There is no logical reason why your wife would be making this up, right!? So maybe it is the side effects of not taking your meds!?
Start taking them again and see what happens!.!.!.!.even mention this to your doctor!?
My boy gets up wonders through the house to find me, strange but it is what he does!. He also has something real important to tell me, though it sounds real strange!.!.!.!.!. I tell him thank you and either tell him to go back to his bed, or I have to walk him to his room, put him back in bed!.
I have noticed with this boy diet has something to do with how we sleep!. Try not eating before bed!? Or pay attention what you are eating, what foods!.
