Question: Is this weird!? Am I schizophrenic!?
Is it weird that I imagine walking up to the entrance of a cathedral holding up a long stand with a brightly burning candle on top!? Or that I want to know how it feels to be entranced or possessed!? Does this mean I'm crazy or schizophrenic!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That doesn't sound like schizophrenia to me!. However, if it's a strong enough desire to actually interfere with your life (or if the image takes up so much of your attention/imagination that it affects your ability to concentrate on other things), you may have some other kind of mental illness!.
If it bothers you enough that you're asking, then presumably you are concerned!. So, the question is, how concerned are you!?
If you are just mostly concerned that this means you are weird, I wouldn't sweat it - "normal" is overrated!.
But if you feel like this is having a negative effect on your life, then talk to someone QUALIFIED!. If you are in school, talk to a counselor or school psychologist!. If you are employed, does your employer have an employee assistance program!? Your local town/city/county may offer some social services, or if you have health insurance it should pay for at least a few psych visits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have quite a vivid imagination, but I do not think that you are schizophrenic!. I think that many people want to know what it feels like to do something really different (fly, use magic, be immortal, etc)!. Just don't let your imagination get the best of you!. Maybe you should turn your ideas into stories/novels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sorry!.!.!.none of this stuff means your schizo!.!.!.schizophrenia is when you have hallucinations (verbal, visual, tactile, taste, or smell) and delutions (like you believe you are God or Jesus, or the devil!.!.!.!.or some famous person!. Paranoia is also a symptom but doesn't indicate schizo itself!.
If you are afraid you might be schizo talk with your doc!.!.they are the only ones who can actually make this diagnosis!.!.
