well, my husband has bpd!. while i don't know exactly all that he must be feeling, he described his fear of abndonment to me!.
he said imagine a toddler with her mom playing in the room!. now imagine the mom leaving the room and the baby doesn't know where her mom is!. you'll see the baby become distressed, crying, runnng around looking for her mom!. when the baby looks completely lost!.!.!.that's how the fear of abandonment feels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
