change sounds right - our skeletal system is completely renewed about every seven years - you're starting your fourth skeleton - it's ongoing though so if it feels like it's been whipped out and leaving you struggling with a jelly-like sensation of being a filleted boneless wreck, it's maybe because just the very last of something physiological about you in the last seven years is reaching it's end - this is a sensible suggestion to your logic, it may not hold true as a medical fact!.

My suggestion is calisthenics and breathing exercises along with a detoxifying amount of water!.

When you awaken first thing in a morning, get a balanced feeling by breathing nasally & blocking one nostril for a 5 second long in, 5 out and swap sides routine lasting a couple to five minutes!.

Then take normal deeper breaths, really expand your lungs and also flex your fingers and arms more and for longer than a regular yawn - your body sounds like it could use a gently invigourating warm-up!.

If you turn on to all fours and then straighten one leg out behind you and bring it back down on to the knee for ten to twenty reps at a time and once standing, with hands clasped behind the head, do some twists about the waist going for a little extra reach - work the shoulders in circles as well as the neck & head, even the facial expression with scrunching the eyes, wrinkling the nose, smiling & working the jaw & tongue - just a general loosen up - the breathing is all important and if you want to be just a bit better than enough then always use the stairs twice, try take shorter faster steps and be quietly smooth in action!.

Yearn to be athletic only by having something athletic to do with your time or you could lose incentive!. & stay relaxed towards it all, it should pay dividends!.!.!.

good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

is there a history of depression/ or is there anything that worried about!? stress and anxiety and depression can take different forms in different people especially if all tests are coming back normal!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will be fine!. Get up, go out and be careful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

seriously now , im not sure if your in the uk or us

but go to a private doctor, so many doctors in generalpractice have no experience and are so stressed they call anxiety as the cause of anything they dont undersatnad or cant be bothered to give time to!.

your symptoms could be anxiety linked but they could be a multitude of benign or serious complaints!.

you need a reliable and commited specialist to check you over!.

Hi there,

Its very common for doctors to treat anxiety straight off with pills!

Which they shouldn't!

Drug therapies should be used with proper psychological therapies, such as CBT!. This combination provides a cure for a lot of people!.

You need to go back to your doctor, and demand that you see a therapist for CBT!.

Drug therapies only offer a quick fix, and will not get to the solution of the problems your having!.
You need proper therapy, not just drugs that stop your body firing off fear responses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

panic /anxiety can hit out of the blue and change your life!! since all the testing is fine, then you do need to think about this being an anxiety disorder!.!.!.Klonopin is ok for short term ( a couple of weeks) but you probabaly need to see someone like your primary care ( since there is never a shrink available when you need them) to get started on a loger term medication ( cymbalta or zoloft or what ever)!.!.!.it takes about 6 months to 're set' your brain chemistry!.!.!.sometimes it doesn't re set and you need to stay on medication for a longer time!.!.!.the good news is that we live in the age of miracles and we have medications that really can help!.!.!.but get the hell off the klonopin!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I saw your question and thought id comment,
Sounds like your having a change and sounds crazy but your body is changing and if I were you Id take it easy and don't worry as you have had all the checks done!.
most of us go through various changes in our life be it mental or physical!. Make sure you eat right and less junk food with less alcohol!. this makes the body need more food and alcohol is taking the vitamins from your body and sugar too!. make sure you have breakfast and you need to lay off the nights out!.
Take it easy and I'm sure this will help as will taking vitamins and exercising with proper food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does sound like anxiety / panic attacks, which I have also experienced!. I also experienced chronic fatigue syndrome (but that is continued and doesn't come in sudden spells), so it does sound more like a panic attack!.

I think what is happening with you is that you are suppressing emotions!. So although you think you aren't worrying, on the inside you are storing up lots of worries and negative emotions!. Eventually though if you store up too many emotions internally, they can suddenly explode and all come out at once!.

It is known in psychiatry and medicine that emotions can have physical effects (people talk of the mind / body connection)!. So this is what is happening to you!. The Xanax will help but it is only masking the emotions further!.

Your best bet is to see a therapist and get help releasing these emotions bit by bit, and you will then "empty" them!. Once this happens you will feel better than you've felt in a very long time!.

I tried a person-centred therapist, but any should be good as long as you feel a connection with the therapist!. If you don't connect after about 4-5 weeks, it's best to switch to another therapist!.

Good luck!. I hope you feel better soon!. Remember that you are not alone!.

If you start feeling really bad then feel free to email me, as I've had similar attacks, and so has a close friend!.

You might be suffering from PTSD instead!. Has anything really traumatic happened to you in your life!? Such as a death of someone close, combat, severe accident, emotional / sexual abuse etc!? If so this can be internalised like I said, and this is basically PTSD (or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
