Question: People who aren't real, help!?
My friend sees people and thinks they're real!. As in, he doesn't just see them and know they're fake!. He thinks he can touch them, talk to them, be with them!. He listens to things they say and there's one in particular that he thinks is making him do things!. This is the only problem he has, but he's convinced they're real and want them to go away!. He panics when he 'sees them' and seems to be actually terrified now!.

Hallucination schizophrenia and he needs expert help!. Please consult your GP!. Maybe he is into drugs or just a bad mad imagination!. But doc is the guy he needs to turn to!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
maybe he sees ghosts!. OR he takes drugs !.OR there is a possibility he is suffering from schizophrenia!. The only way to know for sure is for him to have a Mental Health evaluation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like esquizofrenia to me!.!.!. he talks about that to other people!? someone at school!? i think you need to convince him to talk to a shrink about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
