No it is one of those few health food products which does or can have a positive effect, much better than popping pills, try it yourself and you will feel the effects it has, I personally don't like it, but let your mum make up her own mind and if you tell her that you have read loads of great stuff about it, it will have the added placebo effect!. It is not a scam and it is worth the money to try at least, especially for depression!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it is supposed to be good for depression!. I think the only way you will be able to tell if it works is to take it!. Of course it may work as a placebo, but studies have suggested that it works!.
