What are some signs of tabbacco addiction?!

wanting to smoke, having the desire to smoke, when thinking of relaxation you think of smoking, when you think of being comfortable your thinking about smoking, thinking that you need to smoke!. i used to smoke 1-3 packs of menthols( not the lights ) a day for about 3 years and menthols came after i quite smoking non-menthols which i smoked for about 3 years!. i've been smoke free for almost 4 months now and i definitely feel better now than when i smoked cigarrettes!. they're a filthy habit and are so poisonous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
