I suffered from depression last year and....?!


Question: I suffered from depression last year and!.!.!.!.!?
i never told anyone about it!. The thing is i now feel like i shouldnt be entitled to have suffered from it!. What i went thru was big for me but one of my friends went thru someting much bigger!. Should i tell my friend that i did or is that just intimidating!? I think that i am falling back again, any suggestions on how to stop it!. (Also i never tell anyone my problems i kinda just bottle it all up)!. Thanks in advanceWww@Answer-Health@Com

You friend may have had a bad time, but you have too!. Don't minimise your problems too much, they are personal and about you!. They are not less important than your friend's are!.
Is there someone you can talk to, perhaps a school counsellor, if you are still at school, or an older friend or relative!.
It is not good to keep problems bottled up, as you know!.

you should only tell your friend if you trust her enough!. Im going through hard times and idk what i would do if i didnt have someone to talk to!.

tell her if you still feel like this way in a couple of days then make your decision

If you do make sure that you dont just blurt it out!. And say something like "I know your going through a hard time!. I went through a rough time last year but never told anyone!. I sorta know how you feel!. You dont have to go through this alone!. If you need to talk im here!. Please dont tell anyone about what I just told you!. Im your friend!. You can tell me anything!."

yeah i do that too, bottle everything up!. the best thing to do is to find a way to let your feelings escape by doing exercise, punching a punching bag, jumping on bubble wrap which is a very good thing to do!. If you get your feelings out in some way it will really help you, it helps me!. Even write in a diary, scream in a pillow!. Just make sure you get your feelings out see how that goes and come back!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
