I have trouble sleeping?!


Question: I have trouble sleeping!?
I am 13 years old!. I usually wake up late and I kno that could be a problem!. usually though, I just sleep around 1 am!. that's late but not as late as right now!. I do have a problem were I am really scared of robbers when I go to bed so that keeeeps me up late too!. and tonight its even more stuff because I am excited for something tommorrow!. which I need sleep for!. I am not sitttting on my comp, I am in bed on my sidekick!. I really need help falling asleep and like how not to be so afraid of robbers! thanks so much<33333Www@Answer-Health@Com

Robbers: Make sure that all locks on secured before going to bed and maybe move your bed away from doors and windows and that should be more than good enough :)!. Drinking warm milk helps you sleep!. Also, being robbed is an extremely small possibility, so don't worry about it too much, especially if you double checked that all locks are secured ~!.^Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you have an anxiety problem!. You should write down your fears and figure out how realistic they actually are!. Remind yourself that you are safe and have nothing to worry about!. There is also a natural supplement called Melatonin you could take, it helps with sleep!. You should talk to your parents and/or a doctor about taking it before you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get off the dope so you're no longer paranoid and go to bed and get some sleep OR get a baseball bat and put it under your bed!.!.!.that way IF the robbers come in, you can beat them OK!? Goodnight, sleep tight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
