Why do I spaz so much?!

Question: Why do I spaz so much!?
It's become my trademark at school, when ever some one who knows i spaz sees me at school they poke me or pretend to throw something at me (which is usually just a hand gesture) and watch me jump and freak out!. Even if I expect it, it still makes me have a mini seizure!. basically I'm always flinching around people!. Any body have any idea why this might happen!? Some people think I'm abused, but that's not it, And some people think I "over smoke" but I don't think it's that either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Hypersensitivity is a real entity!. Then fear of pain increases the hypersensitivity, often to a "spaz" level!. Expectations are involved, as well!.

1!. It is possible to dispel fear of pain with desensitization, like rubbing an area on your arm or leg, massaging your neck or shoulders, get used to sensations in the skin that surrounds your skeleton and organs!. If the skin is desensitized somewhat by becoming familiar with "good" contact, then fear of any contact will be decreased!.

2!. Alter your expectations of your surroundings if possible!. Everything around you will not hurt you!. There are many things in your environment that you can take advantage of in bringing a sense of pleasure, and I'm not referring to sexual pleasure!. There is pleasure in using our sight, our hearing, our taste, our touch, and our voice!. Expecting something "good" (positive) rather than "bad" (negative) will change your initial response to stimuli from your environment!.

3!. Hypersensitivity can be a good thing because you are more aware than most people around you!. It can be used for developing skills to a level of excellence -- that is, as long as you use it constructively with your environment rather than destructively against yourself, as in "spazzing out!."

Dude, you're prone to a heart attack or stroke unless you are able to make a few positive changes in your behavior towards your environment!. You've got to take care of you!. No one else can or will!. Try these steps and prove me wrong!. I would absolutely be thrilled if you can prove me wrong!. But it is more likely that you will "spaz out" less often and to a lesser degree! Best wishes and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
