I have anxiety and I have a hard time sleeping!?!

Question: I have anxiety and I have a hard time sleeping!!?
For about 2 years now I have been having bad anxiety, it wasn't since I was born, it just all of a sudden started 2 years ago during summer time and has followed since!.

Everything was going fine till a little later, whereas, if I go to sleep in school [teachers allow you to do this during testing days,] after 5-10 mins, My heart will go fast for no reason and my body will shock itself up, making me flanging everywhere!. During that time, this only happened in school!.

But now ever since school has ended this year, I can't get sleep, at first I thought it was okay, but then I heard stuff about Insomnia and Crap and how it hurts!. NO NEED TO TELL ME MORE ON THAT!. You see, I am easily scared!. So when I heard about this, I instantly got scared and had anxiety more now, so it's now so very hard & difficult for me to go to sleep now!. I have been sleeping peacefully at home without even trying up until school ended!. I have to Try REALLY hard to go to sleep, which I find is not normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wouldn't want to be in your shoes right now, anxiety sucks!. The great thing about this question is you are reaching out for answers and looking for a way out!. I'll give this a whirl, hope it helps!.

You give nice indications as to where the problem could be!. It looks like you believe you are easily scared and this is misleading you!. It seems more to me like you could be in a period where you are easily influenced!.

That is because you are trying to figure out who you are, building your personality and your character!. It is a time when we look for the ingredients of life that help us construct ourselves, it is a period when we try different ways of looking at the world!.

Sure, you are a bit stuck in your computer and games, probably because that helps forget about the anxiety!. On top of that, when you don't sleep that well, you are not rested, making it harder for you to think yourself out of this problem!.

The answer is change!. Say no the the computer, get out of that room, go do things with a buddy, start a hobby, read a book, repaint your room, turn everything upside down, reorganize yourself completely!. Like a PC reboot, you should considering a reboot as well!.

That will help you start building the self confidence you need to be less influenced by anything other than the power of your own truth, which you can reach with the power of your own reasoning!.

Spend yourself physically, mentally and emotionally, and sleep will come and rock your world the way it used to, you'll be waking up in the morning refreshed and impatient to get on with life!.
