Question: SCARAED TO DEATH OF DOCTORS HOSPITALS And NEEDLES!?
they really scare me to death!. i over react everytime i have to go have a check up!. its not becuz im afraid im gonna die or anything, its just a really scary fear!. just thinking about it makes everything on my body hurt!. i have to get like 2-4 shots next check up and im litterally crying rite now at the thought!. my mom says i over react, especially yesterday when she scheduled my next anual check up i started crying like a baby!. please either help me get ovr this (nearly impossible) or just help me get around it

don't worry i have the exact same fears as you
i faint every time i get a shot i have to get shots to coming up and i haveto go get a tooth taken out OUCH!
just bring your ipod or mp3 player and turn it up as loud as you want for me it helps to talk somebody when i am getting the shots and it's good to have sugar afterwards so bring a sprite it sounds weird but it works!
think about how it will be over and it will make you feel better
just think your not alone

Sweetie!.!.!. it's OK it is what is called a phobia OK!? it is a real problem your not just over reacting!. I am scared to death of traveling in a car and to clowns it happens to people honey it doesn't mean your crazy or over reacting I am going to send you a page on the Internet on this very subject of fearing Dr's go and read this and have your mom read it too then maybe she will be alittle more supportive for you!. I know it's horrible but when you do go to the Dr tell him of your fears there are medication to help you deal with it when you have to go and then it won't be so bad the next time!. But this is the best advice I can give you RELAX ALL OF YOUR MUSCLES do not tense up that makes it WORSE!.
relax as much as you possibly can and then let the doctor inject the needle!. if something goes wrong speak up!.
If you think they are doing something wrong i!.e!. if they JERK the needle around while its in there or in your vein !.!.!.then obviously they are doing something wrong!.!.
I've seen most shots and they are usually in and out with little if no pain only a small prick!.

You dont have to go , remember that before organized medical mafia there were no annual tests, no cancer, no immunizations!.

wen they give u the shots relax or else it's gonna hurt even more!. look away and close your eyes (if u have to, think of happy things!!!) before you know it, it'll be over!good luck :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
