CSP; is it self-harm?!
Question: CSP; is it self-harm!?
I have heard opposing views on this topic so I'd be interested in hearing what people think!.
CSP (compulsive skin picking- a part of the OCD spectrum) do you feel it is a form or type of self-mutilation!?
If so, do you still feel that way even when it's not intentional!? (i!.e!. an unconscious habit)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not self harm unless the purpose is to cause pain to yourself for a release!.
