I am failing to believe that you walked into yoru room, seen this and then got your camera, put the photo on your computer, uploaded it to photobucket and then went on this site before doing anything else!
If your serious then you need to clean it up before it dries in, especially on the tv!. cover yourself and lift each child up to the bathroom to get washed!. if theres another adult in the house get someone to wash the children and someone to clean the living room!. unplug the tv before putting anything wet near it!.
spirits should remove the paint!. If not perhaps ask at a DIY store!.

I know they are only kids but the eldest boy looks like he is old enough to have understoof this was wrong and they need to be told what they did was wrong because you dont want them thinking its ok!.
