Obsessive thoughts?!


Question: Obsessive thoughts!?
okay so i think im crazy because everytime i see something bad happen to someone i think its sad right but then bad thoughts come into my mind like i start making fun of that person in my mind even though i dont want to but the bad thoughts just get into my mind and i want to stop them but i cant then i feel guilty and obsess over karma like i keep worrying that something bad will happen to me!. I know this is unhealthy and my therapist isnt really helping and neither my mother she thinks im normal because in the outsde i dont act like it!. so what can i do to help myself !? Im sick of this!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same issue but I on't have a therapist!.My mom knows about the thoughts that I have so maybe you should talk to your mom about the thoughts and see what she thinks about them!.She will always love you and I've heard that therapists don't help at all and if anything,they make it worse, that's what I've heard!.But you can tell your mom anything and you can tell GOD anything too!.:DI have a lot of bad thoughts!. Each day and each night and I don't want them to happen!.I ask my mom and I say is this going to happen to me because I thought that!.I thought I was the pnly person that did that!My mom told me that everyone has bad thoughts but as long as we don't act on them then that's all that matters!.I hope that I helped make you feel better or helped you with your problem!.You're not alone at all!.Pray about it to GOD,he will certainly understand!.But for now,Good Luck and GOD Bless!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You think its sad because at that time you feel empathy towards the situation, you start making fun of them for this fact because it's a natural defense mechanism in you to make light of the situation, then you start to feel bad because you made fun of them even if only in your mind, and you are obsessing over the fact you felt like making fun of them and it is making you feel bad, but dont obsess over it, it'll only make you feel worse!. Just except the fact that you were making fun of it cuz it was your brains natural reaction to make light of an uncomfortable situation and dont obsess to much cuz it could lead to a much bigger problem!. It's a perfectly natural reaction so stop beating yourself up over it, and stop thinking it's not normal, or that you are going insane!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're still an adolescent, this could easily pass, It could be just you're a very sensitive person and that you get frustrated with yourself when bad things happen to others!. Understand that you're sensitivity level is a blessing and a curse, use it to empathsize with others and help them feel better!. I'ts very hard to get less sensitive, but if you want to be, try to occupy your brain and do more then whats expected of you to help make the world a better place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have OCD there are many types of OCD !. You have the bad thought type, they are all link together!. READ UP on net!.
My daughter does the same, she sees something bad, think OMG that's bad and then thinks do I want to do that bad thing!. Drives her crazy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
