What do I do I feel so stressed out and feel like I'm going to snap?!


Question: What do I do I feel so stressed out and feel like I'm going to snap!?
My oldest son passed away a little over a year ago!. Ive been pushing through eachday with a smile on my face!. Well inside I feel like crap!. Im stressed over bills my new husband and i took in a foster child he has two childeren of his own and i have two other children of my own!. I feel like i have know one to talk to about my feelings!. I have been to counseling its just i have no relief at home!.!.feel like im gonna burst! what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think you should drive somewhere quite far away and think about everything thats bothering you on the way!.!.!.!.

then go somewhere really secluded (like a field/forrest!.!.!.!.whatever) and just scream out loud, cry - whatever you feel
I know it sounds crazy but i think sometimes it just helps to physically remove the pain and anger from your body

You're suffering from anxiety, and probably depression, from the sounds of it :(

Maybe you need to see a different counselor, a grief counselor or even a psychiatrist!. You didn't say if your were religious, but if you are then you might be able to talk to a pastor, minister, rabbi, or some other spiritual advisor!. Do you have a family member you could confide in!?

Take your husband aside and talk to him, tell him all your stresses and what you are worried about!. He needs to help you, and should be there to listen!. It can be a terrible thing to feel under so much pressure, you need to talk to your husband and maybe have a family meeting about stresses and what is going on!. Include your foster child, since this child is a family member too!.

i found a way for you not to get so stressed out, is it over your oldest son!? right there is a major red light of stress, i know it's not the bills or your new husband, I see a loving family with 5 children, if you need some time off from family duties I suggest that you talk it out with your new husband and see if he can help you out, take a walk around the neighborhood that way you can burst out by yourself instead of bursting out in front of your children and husband, I hope that you feel alot better then you were before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you've been bottling up your emotions!. Take your husband aside and talk to him about EVERYTHING that you're feeling and tell him that you really need him to be there for you right now!. With the support of a loved one you can talk about your feelings more and it will release some of that bottles up energy!.

Well you need to force yourself to relax!. It's hard to get over death and such, I understand but you need to keep your stress in control and not have it get the best of you!. Maybe your counseling isn't working, try another support group!? Talk to your husband!? Do anything possible even if it means going out of your way to feel better!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Can you confide in your spouse!? If you can, he can help bear some of the stress!. I was in a marriage and it was nothing but stress!. After 10 years sadly, I had to end the marrige!. I now have a companion that I talk to and he talks to me!. We both take as much off the other one as we can!.
If you can't talk to your spouse, a vacation or at least some time alone could work wonders!. I still require a night or two with just me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You first must learn to relax and calm down and take deep breathes, then discuss this with your husband if he has a sympathetic ear he will help you and make your heavy burdens lighter, your hubby has to learn to live by his means and not his throughts, budget him, and tell him to ease up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
