i made mistakes and i hurt people and i regretted and im in pain and i feel awful and i am so upset and broken and i used to be clinically depressed and im better now but i still sometimes get like this again and i feel terrible about everything and im so so sad that it physically hurts and i can feel every rip, tear, and hole thats been put in my broken heart and it aches and no one loves me and im absolutely sure and i hurt and im sad,

when i get like that i watch Milo and Otis!. It was my favorite movie when i was little and is still in my top 5!. gets my mind off my problems every time!.
It also helps to just sit and breathe and remind yourself that as long as you're breathing everything is still ok!.!.!.
whatever happened is done!. and you cant go back, but its your choice whether or not you go forward!. and things could always be worse!. ALWAYS!. trust me, i've been through a lot, and i'm gonna bet that whatever you're going through i could top it!.

Aww, it's okay!. You're not alone!. There are many others who feel the way you do, and I'm one of those people! Often, I feel like my heart is gonna fail on me because I hurt soooooo very bad!. I feel better by laughing!.!.!.being around people who make me smile and laugh, watching funny shows on TV!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
