Question: I just took a 5 hour nap!.!.!. why!?
Fell asleep at nine ish, I woke up about 10 minutes ago!. Do you think it's from staying up late on the computer!. 2:05 a!.m!.

Staying up that late and having to get up the next morning (to go to work or school) surely is not healthy for your body--and mind!.
Turn your day around--get off the computer - (turn it off) at 9 or 10 p!.m!. and get to bed!. Read a book, watch a movie, a warm glass of milk!. It might be difficult the first night--but eventually you will end up sleeping!. When you do this, don't nap during the day or you'll not be able to go to sleep!. Also, no coffee in the afternoon!.

Yea that could be the reason it is possible to get back to sleep but, it might take a little time to actually fall asleep it all depends what ur normal sleep schedule is and what you have to do the following day or next couple hours!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
