Question: At what point do you need to have one commited for alzheimers!?
My father is at the point where he curses me!. Gets in my face and says F888 you! Tries to hit me!. My mom feels it is wrong to put him in a home but I am scared he is going to hurt me or her!. He fabricates things!. He wont bathe for wks at a time!. He wont take his meds like he should!. He is also a diabetic and has cirhosis of liver!. Help if you have any answers and have experienced this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My mother had dementia and we had to put her in a nursing home!. She was once a very intelligent person and it was horrible to see this happen to her!.
If the person might be in danger of hurting himself or others because of confusion; if he can no longer take care of himself and it's getting difficult for his family to take of him; maybe a nursing home is the only option left!.
My father did his best to take care of her!. My wife and I would help on weekends!. But it finally got so bad we admitted her to a nursing home!.

my step dad is an *** hoel but i can asure youthat if youw as to sho whim that yoru and yoru mom is all he got and that without you all he aint nothing but **** he cant do you all nothing !. trust me on this !. take itto the next level even if youbeen look apon as bad its for yoru safety !. ther eis no shame in been a girl of order and self care with him her family !. if he hit you set it up that he be treaten and scared its like this !. you make him feel liek some one gonna do him some thing to a point where he cant take it and you will see justhow good he will be after that if you add me on yoru yahoo i can help you getthis set up even if i have to call teh house and talk to himmy self and let him knwo that he either got to chill out or he got a wall comming to himWww@Answer-Health@Com
