Question: How can i have ED when i still have periods and my blood tests are good!?
when i was small i was thin ,then after college i didn't work and i gained so many weight i reached 150lb for me that was so bad because i have neat bone frame and my height is no more then 5!.1 60!.6inches
no one left me alone with that my friends ,brothers ,started to nag ,my uncles called me big butt, my aunt used to hunt the way i eat say Pls stop and that

It is true that losing too much weight can cause periods to stop, but it is not a given because everyone is different, so just because you still get your periods doesn't mean you are not suffering from anorexia!. Your blood tests are no doubt fine due to the fact that what you are eating is really healthly food!.

I'm no expert but common sense tells me that you need to find a happy medium!. So far you have gone from one extreme to the other!. For a height of 5' 1" 150lbs does seem a bit on the heavy side, but at 80lb which is only 5 stone and 10lbs that is too light!.

From what you say you are eating and also the amount of exercising you are doing that you do have an eating disorder!. When I was in hospital (Priory) suffering from depression I was initially on the same ward as the eating disorders, and the worse girl I saw was in a wheelchair because she was so frail that she did not have the strength to walk!. The main reason she was so painfully and dangerously thin wasn't due to an eating disorder it was due to over exercising, although some of the girls with anorexia were also painfully thin but just not as bad!. The feel good factor from releasing endorphins whilst exercising can make it incredibly addictive!.

If you want to continue exercising you need to eat more, and eat carbohydrates such as pasta, potatoes and bread so that you don't continue to lose weight, because at the moment you are on a very slippery and dangerous slope!. I go to watch Grays Athletic play and all the footballers eat carbohydrates a few hours before a match!.

Thin models and tv gets such bad press about give unhealthy role models to young girls etc but in my experience what causes people to have eating disorders is derogatory comments from family and friends!. In my opinion they do a lot more damage with their careless and critical comments than professional models!.

Please try to eat more, not so that you go back up to 150lbs but so that you achieve a healthy balance ie not thin but not overweight either - life is all about getting balances!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well right now you may still have your period
and your blood tests are ok
but in the long run you are damaging your health
to be too thin is not good
and to be eating so erratically, like one day alot
next day hardly anything
can't be good, your body and you need routine
if you don't take care of your health, you may
not function well in life
and it does look almost like anorexia to me
look on youtube about it, take it serious
