You have a couple of options!. Try finding Community Mental Health Centers around you, or even hospitals!. Explain to them your income is limited, and you have no insurance but you need therapy and medication!. They most likely have programs for low income or non-insured that nothing, or next to nothing!. I know the one hospital around here (Phila, PA) calls it their Clinic Rate!.

Also- if your- or your parents- income is low enough, contact the pharaaceutical companies about getting the meds from them for free!. You will have to fill out a form that your psychiatrist will have to sign (along with a script) and they send you a 3 month supply!. As an fyi, they do validate your income by obtaining your tax returns (they have you sign a form so they can get it)!.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you canb use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them! Learn more at the source =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

This should have never happened!. If you live in the US every county in the country provides mental health meds to its residents for free if they cannot afford it!. You need to call your county Mental Health/Mental retardation facility and state that you have no insurance and you need your meds!. They will write you a prescription and get them for you!. You will have to talk to a mental health professional every 3 months, but it is SO worth it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

if the therapy helped without the aid of the medication i would say you need to find ways of reproducing your therapy sessions, what was said that helped, things like that then find someone to talk to thats not going to charge you for a little heart to heart talking!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are plenty of places that work with you on a sliding fee, one based on your income and what you can or cannot afford!. You just need to research if there is any such place where you live, they'll even charge less for prescriptions!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

THERE IS FREE MENTAL HEALTH IN ALMOST EVERY TOWN!. YOU NEED TO JUST CHECK AROUND AND FIND OUT WHERE IT IS IN YOURS!. CALL THE HOSPITAL AND ASK A NURSE OR CALL YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPT!.
