I am bipolar, but on medication and my creativity is flattened!. How can I get creative, so I can do some painting!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might not like this answer!. But could you scale back on the bipolar medication a bit!? Or is it possible to take a different medication!. I know it's tough because I'm on bipolar medication!. I know that some artists have chosen to do this for the same reason you describe!. How do you 'get' creative!? I'm not sure it's possible to consciously do this!. There are some books on creativity and bipolar also the books by Cameron(!?) Maybe hanging around other creative people would help!. Art studios, art exhibits, a change of scenery (vacation)!. What inspires you!? Nature, music!? Maybe if you take up a new medium, it might challenge you or make you look at things a different way!? Pottery!? Sculpture!? Photography!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
