Question: Why have I been shaking!!? Really scared! Someone help!?!?!?
Okay i usually lay in bed when im on my laptop and out of no where it will feel like im shaking , im not sure if its my bed thats shaking , or if its me!.
While im trying to fall asleep i start shaking again!.!.!. Is there "something" In my room thats shaking my bed, or is it me!?

Well, like rick said, I also agree that there could be something going on with your central nervous system!. Or it could also be panic attacks!. Did you ever think of that!? I shake sometimes too!. Mine feel different though!. Sometimes it'll feel like tremors, other times it feels like my whole body is pulsating, like I can feel the blood pumping in every part of my body (arms, head, back, etc!.!.!.) It's pretty scary!. My doctor suspects that something might be affecting my central nervous system too!. I think you should look into that!.

Thats just scary lately i've been feeling like that!.!.when i lie or sit still for a longish period of time i feel as if i am shaking!.!.but only so minutely!.!. but i find it scary!.!.i thought i may have been imagining it i dont know!.!.

it depends on if it is a lot of little shakes like a vibration or if is large shakes like a pounding!. See a doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
