Acting weird/anger problems *20 chars*?!

Question: Acting weird/anger problems *20 chars*!?
Little things annoy me so much!. For instance, the other day my mum said I could have a sleepover for my birthday, but then today she said I couldn't (long story) but could still have a party!. No big deal, right!? Well, it isn't a big deal, and I know that!. But at the time I got very angry and wanted to punch her!. So I went up to my room and got these scissors and 'attacked' the arm of my chair (which is what I almost always do when I'm angry) then started throwing stuff around my room until I calmed down!.
But it isn't just things other people do, if I was carrying something and I dropped it I would usually do the exact same thing, unless I wasn't at home!. If I wasn't at home I would probably just be in a terrible mood and be really short with people!.
I don't know why little things like that stress me out/anger me so much!

Also!.!.!.
-I hate talking on the phone, don't know why I just really don't like it!. Whenever I have to I feel really nervous and will do anything not to!.
-I don't like talking in front of people!. Even in school and am 100% sure I know the answer to a question I won't put my hand up!. And if a teacher calls on me anyway, or I have to give a presentation to the class afterwards I always think about it for a very long time about how I did badly (even if I didn't) and obsess over it, which makes me get really angry, which make me!.!.!. (see first part of question for next part)!.

Questions are!.!.!.!.
What can I do to control my anger!?
What can I do about the phone/talking situation!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I think seeing a counselor and telling that person what you have said above would be good!. My husband had terrible problems like this, and it turned out he is bipolar!. Once he got the right medication, he was fine!. The place to start is with your family doctor, if you have one, or if not, ask a school counselor or a trusted adult!. Just tell them you need some help!.

It's nothing to be ashamed of, and you will feel so much better once you get some assistance with this, on both scores!.

Good luck! I will be thinking of you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can't offer much help on the anger front, but I can tell you how I got over my problem with using the phone!.

Simply; practise!. I got a job in an office, and for the first few days I was terrified!. Then I got used to making and taking calls, developed a very good phone attitude and now, it doesn't bother me at all!.

Start small, make your doc appointments by phone, or make a point to call somebody once a day for a quick chat!. It's a case of getting used to doing it, and hopefully, in a short time, you wont feel so uncomfortable on the phone!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
