They work pretty well!.

I don't do all of them, but I definitely practice my breathing and stretching exercises daily!.

Once you find what works for you, you can incorporate any stress relieving technique into your daily routine and count on it to relax you every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try yoga, tai chi, or pilaties!. those are all forms of meditation that might help, and if you take them with a class you might be less likely to think of other stressfull things!. and have you consulted a professional!? you might need meds to help relax your nerves!. i hope that you dont have to go to that much of an extreeme and i wish you luck with whatever it is that you decide to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, I certainly can relate!. I have the same trouble!. Other than taking medication for this problem (and I refuse to do that), prayer often helps me focus on my blessings rather than on my fears!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a good long bath and read while I'm in the tub!. I do this atleast once a week with scented candles and lavender bath salts!. LOVE it!.
