I think I may have Bipolar Disorder. What do I do?!

Question: I think I may have Bipolar Disorder!. What do I do!?
I've always suffered from anxiety, and depression has been off and on in the past!. I'm suffering from depression again!. I think it's been a couple months now, I didn't even realize it at first!. I was planning on going to my family doctor to get some type of anti-depressant, but I think I may have bipolar disorder!. I've looked up the symptoms and many of the hypomanic symptoms apply to me, and almost all of the depression symptoms!. Is this something I can talk to the regular doctor about, or do I have to see a special doctor!? I'm just not sure if it's worth the trouble because I don't have hallucinations or extreme highs, but I do have the other symptoms!. Is it possible to have a less severe form of BPD!?
Thanks to everyone in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm trying to get through it, it's not easy!. If u really think you have go to your family doctor or go directly to a psychiatrist so that you can start treatment!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many forms of BPD from severe to hardly noticable so yes it could be possible you have it!. The only way it is diagnosed is to explain your symptoms to a therapist who may put u in touch with a psychiatrist to decide whether you need medications for the depression or to stabilize your moods!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

There are different levels of bipolar disorder!. It's best to see your primary doctor!. They'll likely prescribe a medication to regulate your moods!. And if necessary, recommend a therapist!. I heard it's good for bipolar patients to talk!. Past traumatic experiences or current problems can intensify symptoms!.

You should see a psychaitrist!. They are better at diagnosing mental health disorders!. In fact, some antidepressants can do more harm than good when dealing mania in particular!. There are different types of bipolar, rapid cycling for example, means you go from high to low often!. See a shrink!. Remember, everyone has mood swings, so be careful what you find on the internet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just go to your regular doctor and ask him/her about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah you should go see a psychiatrist!. They'll give you meds for bipolar!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not go to a psychiatrist unless you want to be put on a cocktail of meds for something you may or may not have!. Psychiatrists can only ever put you on meds, that is what they do!. And they cannot take you off them for fear of being sued if you should kill yourself!. Think long and hard about if you want to get involved in that!.

I suggest seeing a therapist first!.!.!. chose one carefully, one that is centered around talk therapy more than medication!. These types of therapists are usually more open about the style of treatment that you want to choose!. If your problems dont' start improving, then talk with your therapist about seeing an M!.D!.
