Exercise is a great way because it releases the neurotransmitters similar to what one gets from SSRIs and can make one happier and help release stress!. I, also, use journaling when I am stressed out, by putting the pen to the paper and writing until my emotions are all out on the paper!. I have been known to hit my bed or a pillow with my tennis racquet as well when I am frustrated!. A punching bag is also a good thing!.!.!.!.if you can find one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i put on hardcore rock music scream into my pillow throw it, cry, write in a diary!. Anything to get it out!. I usually cry and talk to my mom and it really helps!. GET it all out the right way!.!Www@Answer-Health@Com
