why you ask!? well because they can help you!. You listen to doctors when they tell you to take antiboitics right!? well listen to your doctors now, if they're telling you to go to a psychiatrist then you should!. although the doctors that you went to for your thyroid and weight arent mental health professionals they are trained to notice people who are at risk for certain things!. And you have mentioned that youre concerned about privacy, well have you heard of doctor patient confidentiality psychiatrist's have a similar thing that they must implement!.
At most if you go to the psychologist and they give you a clean bill of mental health then you can tell that to your doctors for your thyroid and weight!.
I hope this helped :D Www@Answer-Health@Com

Often people can't examine their emotions properly unless they talk it out with someone else!. Forcing yourself to put what you feel and do into words can make you see things in a different way and really help!.

It's a good thing to talk to a psychiatrist, even for people without major problems!. Just enjoy getting everything off your chest to a professional who won't judge you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It would make sense to talk with a psychologist or psychiatrist!. I like my flannel jammies, but do not wear them constantly, bathe, and do not avoid other adult activities!.

Together these may indicate something that you can be helped with!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like you are depressed and seeing a specialist can help bring you out of it!. life is too precious to waste it away

insomnia is a symptom of depressionWww@Answer-Health@Com

i agree with mia!.

how comes your still awake!? (im still young so it dont matter to me)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry to hear what you're going through at the moment!. Your doctors only want what's best for you and Psychiatrists are specialised in helping people who are suffering from depression and it sounds like you are!. Perhaps telling others how you feel will take some pressure off of you and make you feel better in the long run especially if solutions arise!. Does your weight bother you on a regular basis!? When I have "fat" days I feel very low and do not feel like doing anything/seeing anyone/going anywhere!.
Lack of sleep is probably upsetting a balance in your body that makes you happy when you are nourished and refreshed from exercise, healthy eating and good sleep!.
I hope you can talk to someone soon and take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
