MOVING ON vs. NOT FACING REALITY.........? ?!


Question: MOVING ON vs!. NOT FACING REALITY!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!? !?
Please i beg you answer this!.!. please!.!.

when im alone i think about my problems!.!. what should i do with it!. what have i done wrong that made me put in this situation!. where did it all started!?

And suddenly i will think that what am i doing!?! I should just forget about it and move on!. Thinking about this will do no good!. I should just accept it and all!.!.

But when i face reality its still the same!.!. I mean i feel like all the things ive realized is just like running away from what is real!.
I feel like i havnt really solved the problem so whatever realizations i make the problem is still there!.

Your question isn't real clear!. Do you mean to say you feel like you're not facing or solving problems and just avoiding reality!?

Try writing all your major problems down on a piece of paper!. Work on them one by one by brainstorming ways you can get past it and write down all the solutions you come up with!. Then write down the pros and cons for each of your solutions!. Pick the ones that make the most sense to you!.

Everyone avoids reality when they can whether they admit it or not!. Life is difficult and complicated and challenging!. We all need to mentally, physically, or emotionally just check out for awhile and vegetate from time to time!.

Being aware of problems is the first step to solving them!. Don't be so hard on yourself!. You're not doing anything wrong!. :) Www@Answer-Health@Com

start by writing all those things done, and look at the positive and negative and where you think you can improve on certain things, take one step at a time, and slowly you will work it out!.!.!.!.take careWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have done nothing "wrong"!. We have all grown up thinking that everything just "happens" to us - or it is bad luck etc etc!. This is just not the case!.

By whatever we think, determines what occurs to us and around us!. You just need to change the way you think!.

Our feelings are a guage as to what more of the same is coming!. So, if we change our thoughts to all positive, more of the same (positive) will come!. That is the Law of Attraction!. That is a LAW of the Universe and MUST happen!.

For example - If someone lost their job, they can think "it is the end of the world for me"!. Or they can look at it another way!. They can think "what a wonderful opportunity I now have to find a better job, one that I love and more money"!.

If someone doesn't "like you", you can think "woe is me, I'm very unpopular without any friends"!. Or you can think "thank you my friend for showing me that I need to love myself more, so that you can love me"!.

You can change your situation, we all can!.
