Hi there - I'm sorry to hear that you've been depressed lately!.

If you love your new girlfriend, this is great!. I think it's normal to have memories and questions about past relationships - after all you were close to this person for a long time!. Sometimes when you're happy with someone you also feel a little guilty that you couldn't make it work with the last person - you start to question if perhaps it was save-able!.

Especially if you're sad and your confidence is low, you might not feel like you deserve your current great relationship!?

I think you need to put aside the girlfriend issues for now and sort out what is making you sad!. Maybe you need to make some changes - new job, new house, new interests, new friends - and when you start feeling yourself again you might stop questioning your past decisions!.

Good luck - and if you do love your current girlfriend, let her know lots and enjoy each others company :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is possible to love more than one person, everyone has something special about them!. Young people are testing the waters, so to say, looking at different friends to find one that has everything they want in a friend!. If you are a young person just keep looking, sometimes it takes years to find the right one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes you have flashbacks about what could have been with Exs!. I would say as long as you are truly happy with your current GF I wouldnt worry!.This may sound corny but try and make more memories with your new love to earse the old ones with your ex!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
