While it is very important to make the point that mental illness is just like every other illness, I do not think ANY of the medicine ads on TV are really necessary!. I liked it better when they were not allowed to be aired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I never really understood drug advertisements!. Doesn't the doctor know what to prescribe!? Why should I walk in there and say, "Give me this!. I saw it on TV," to someone who just spent like 10+ intensive years to learn about medicine and human health!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
I believe ANY commercial adressing Mental Illness is important as most people cover it up and it is stigmatized!. Once people realize that Mental Illness is an illness like any other, then things will change!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
The enormous list of both very serious and very odd side effects on that commercial scares me!. Involuntary muscle movements that may become permanent!!? Yikes!Www@Answer-Health@Com
