Have a cup of Horlicks made with hot milk about one hour before bed!. Take a hot water bottle with you so you feel snug and warm, and take a book to read in case you wake!. i used to be the same and waken up two to three times a night i am also on medication so cant take other medication what i did was not eat anything after nine at night and believe me this has been a great help to me i sleep a lot better now,magsWww@Answer-Health@Com
