I feel like death...in a box.?!
Question: I feel like death!.!.!.in a box!.!?
I have a pounding headache, my nose is stuffed up and runny (Never thought it could be both!.!.!.), my throat is scratchy, and sometimes I can't talk, I'm coughing, my stomach hurts!.

i went to my DR and she said it was a virus
i think viral pharengitis or something!.
drink lemonade or herbal tea
and have honey lemon cough drops!
and have lots of rest
it goes away in about a week if its the same thing!.
if it doesnt go away i would suggest seeing a DR!.

Get plenty of rest!. Do your bones ache, if so then you may have fever!. have you taken your temperature !? If it is over 102, jump into a cold bath, if it does not go down go to the ER!.
If your throat is sore, gargle with salt water regularly!. Change your toothbrush when this is overbecausee you can getreinfectedd!.
Tylenol for the headache , it also reduces swelling!. As for your nose , go see the pharmacist and he will suggest what to take to maybe cure both the stuffy nose and the runny!. If you have high blood pressure tell him that too if you have a cough!.
Well if things get really bad, go to the hospital!. Sip small amounts of fluids and rest!. I hope some of this helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
