Question: Do you take a pill to go to sleep at night!? If so what do you take!?

Sometimes just aspirin will help me relax and fall asleep, otherwise, i have taken Tylenol pm and it seems to help!. I don't like to take too much of it, but even if you get up and read for a while it will tire you out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
see a Doctor and don't take advice from anyone on sleeping tablets!. I have a friend who takes really strong doses!.
